Family owned and run since it was established in 1957 in the market town of Kendal, Porsche Centre South Lakes, formally Porsche Centre Kendal, has over sixty years experience looking after your Porsche needs.

The business started as a black smiths in the 1800’s which was followed by an engineering focus on developing Scott and Indian Motorcycles for the Isle of Man TT races. From two wheels it progressed to four, selling Jowett vans which the morphed into Morris, then into VW until, ultimately the Porsche Franchise was won in 1957.

Ian Parker, our Dealer Principal took over from his Father Jim Parker, and Simon Parker, who is Ian’s Son is our Sales Manager.
